I was listening to a meditation recording the other day, and the speaker referred to this mantra. I LOVE IT!
It was an aha! moment for me and I felt it was perfect! My thoughts on this mantra are that when things get stormy in your life, that isn’t you. That is just things that are happening TO or around you. You are there while these things occur, but once they pass, you are back to being the clear blue sky that was there to begin with.
What is your favorite mantra?
I really love this as well. I’m going to have to remember this one. I really love mantras too.
Thank you Kathy!
WOW, I really like this and it’s so true! My mom use to always say storms in your life won’t last forever!
You mom was right Lisa!
Wow! I am in love with this mantra. So powerful. I often refer to “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” from Martin Luther King, Jr. I will definitely be referring to this new one. Thank you!!!
I love yours too…all great words to live by.
Love this quote! It reminds you that storms in your life won’t be there forever 👍🏻
Absolutely!
I have a friend who is a yoga teacher who’d love this mantra! I must share it with her.
I am also a yoga teacher and will definitely use it in class.
This is a lovely mantra to go by. It is nice to have some positive words to keep in mind.
I love listening to Christian music from my favorite artists when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. It always helps me feel better.
oh my! this quote speaks to me, and at the right time too.. kind of a stormy-weather day, and i hoped i was the clear blue sky then and now..thank you
Such a lovely quote or mantra, it is important to know that what happens around you isn’t necessary about you. I don’t really have any ‘mantras’ I live by x
That is an awesome mantra. I have always believed that there is always a rainbow after the rain.
This is well said! We need to remember these aspects when we have storm in our life!
Love this and I can see why you would love this Mantra! I am not really sure that I have one but I do appreciate good ones when I read them 😉
Thanks Melissa
I loved reading your reflection on the mantra from the meditation recording! It’s a beautiful analogy of remaining centered and resilient amidst life’s storms. My favorite mantra is “Embrace the journey, trust the process.” It reminds me to keep moving forward and have faith in the unfolding of life’s experiences. Keep shining!
I love that! Thank you for your beautiful comment.
This is truly a wonderful and lovely mantra. I’m gonna share this with my sister thanks for sharing this with us
Thank you Richelle
