New Mantra

Posted on June 13, 2023June 28, 2023 By Kim 22 Comments on New Mantra
Mindfulness

I was listening to a meditation recording the other day, and the speaker referred to this mantra. I LOVE IT!

It was an aha! moment for me and I felt it was perfect! My thoughts on this mantra are that when things get stormy in your life, that isn’t you. That is just things that are happening TO or around you. You are there while these things occur, but once they pass, you are back to being the clear blue sky that was there to begin with.

What is your favorite mantra?

WOW, I really like this and it’s so true! My mom use to always say storms in your life won’t last forever!

Wow! I am in love with this mantra. So powerful. I often refer to “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” from Martin Luther King, Jr. I will definitely be referring to this new one. Thank you!!!

I love listening to Christian music from my favorite artists when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. It always helps me feel better.

Such a lovely quote or mantra, it is important to know that what happens around you isn’t necessary about you. I don’t really have any ‘mantras’ I live by x

I loved reading your reflection on the mantra from the meditation recording! It’s a beautiful analogy of remaining centered and resilient amidst life’s storms. My favorite mantra is “Embrace the journey, trust the process.” It reminds me to keep moving forward and have faith in the unfolding of life’s experiences. Keep shining!
