I don’t practice yoga, nor have I ever been curious to learn about this sort of thing. It was interesting to say the least.

I’m currently working on Chakra meditation. I’ve reached a point in my life where each day is considered a gift. My studies in crystals, essential oils, meditation, and psychometry has opened a whole new world to me and I love it.

This is all very interesting even if I don’t fully understand it. I love using essential oils like Lavender to help me relax. Not sure if that’s the same meaning.

I know that there are Chakras and have basic info about them but I am curious, if a wear a necklace with the stone associated with this chakra, will it help with imbalances?

It sounds like this is a very important part of your body’s chakra. Working on it would be a good idea!

I’ve heard about chakra, so I know its a thing. I just didn’t really understand what it meant. This shed light on things.

I have actually read a little bit about this before. I felt like something was off and I was trying to diagnosis myself and it told me about imbalances connected to specific parts of your body. Very interesting read.

I have an acquaintance who has undergone a transformation and is the happiest she’s ever been. I know that she attributes it to yoga and meditation. I wouldn’t be surprised to know that her life includes a lot of things you mentioned here. As an outsider, it has been really interesting to watch her find herself.

I am a teacher and August is always a stressful month getting ready to go back to school. My husband said this past August, that yoga must be working because this is the calmest you’ve ever been in August:)
