This was such an interesting read. I admit, I don’t know much about this. I will keep this in mind!
I find it fascinating.
I have heard of chakras ,but I wasn’t really sure what they were. Thanks for explaining them for me.
That’s great Robin
I’ve heard so many great things about essential oils. I haven’t given them a go yet, but it looks like they could really help keep the body healthy.
Give them a try Alli.
I didn’t know so many organs were connected to the “sacral chakra”. Thanks for the education.
Glad to help Tomi

I find it fascinating.
Really interested information. I feel like I need a massage now. 🙂 Thank you for sharing.
Massages are always great.
You gave some very interesting information. I know that Eastern medicine and alternative health practitioners promote this. It’s huge in India.
Yes…and it’s becoming more popular in the US.
I’ve heard of the word before but can’t say I knew it had a color and an element. Interesting.
The ylang ylang reminded me of my Mom. We used to have that in our backyard and she uses it for a lot of medicinal purpose.
That must have smelled wonderful!!!!!
New information for me! Its a word you hear but don’t really know.
Did not know any of this before. I always love learning new things.
It is so refreshing to see more and more people accepting that our chakras are vital to our health and well-being! Thank you for spreading the enlightenment!
Thank you Joely…I love to learn new things about wellness and well-being.
I have heard a little bit about balancing chakras, but I never really knew what it was about. This is an informative post about the sacral chakra.
Thank you Pam
This is definitely eye opening. I have collected a few essential oils, but I need to build my collection. It sounds like these are wonderful options to purchase.
There is so much information on Pinterest about EOs…check it out
So these are actual places in the body? Like a physical body part? I always thought it was more made up.
They are more like areas of energy:)
This is a really good primer for beginners! It seems like the more research you do, the more you can address the issues of the body.
So true…there is sooooo much information out there
This is so interesting! I actually have a lotus tattoo, but didn’t realize it was associated with sacral chakra. Love learning more about all the imbalances and poses associated with it.
That’s great Kelly
Very interesting. I am not well versed in this subject.
This is so interesting. I am very much of mind that fixing us from the inside out can have a direct effect on us physically. I have never looked into this in particular but I am all for feeling more energetic!
So true Emily…I agree
Wow, I never knew any of that before I read this post. I would really love to learn more about yoga other than what you learn in a commercial class.
If you find the right yoga studio, you can learn so much more about yoga than the poses
This sounds absolutely fascinating! I don’t much about this practice. I would love to learn more!
I am doing a post on each chakra…check them out
I find it fascinating to learn more about Chakras and how each one correlates to the different parts of our body. I love essential oils, it was interesting to read which ones can help with the sacral chakra as my husband experiences chronic pain in this area.
I’ll have to explore Chakras more because I’ve heard a lot about them and the benefits

Really interesting. For sacral chakra i see you mentioned slang land and clary sage. I’ve had fertility issues and read about an essential oil mixture that could potentially help – including both slang land and clary sage. Really helpful that you’ve mentioned some other possible remedies.
Ylang Ylang smells awesome!!!
that is so amazing information and I did not know about this. Thanks for sharing!!
