I feel that I can combine these two topics because the weekend has motivated my week:)
We went to the Bruins game…they lost, but it’s still always fun. I get motivated by this team because they never give up.
I went to my son’s hockey game and they won 5-1. His team motivates me because they work well together and celebrate each others’ successes.
I know that this may not be the popular consensus, but the Patriots won…they are my team and I am proud of them. They always find a way to win and I know everyone thinks they cheat, but they don’t. They are just really good. They are tops in motivation in New England.
I got in three different workouts: Barre Fusion, Pure Barre and a muscle class. I love the feeling when I finish a class. I feel like I can do anything. No better feeling like that. I did two of the classes at my friend’s fitness studio. She is motivating because she opened a women’s only studio with another trainer and they are working hard to support women at all levels of fitness.
Here are some motivational quotes too!!
And having an extra day off is the biggest motivation of them all!!!!!!!
That sounds like a more interesting weekend than I had. I just stayed home and did some light work.
Extra days are motivating for sure. 🙂
