Here are 10 things that I am thankful for this week…actually I’m thankful for most of them every week:)

1 – Memphis upset Ole Miss football today…my nephew goes to Memphis and my brother was there for this classic rivalry

2 – 4 day work week…need I say more:)

3 – Finally had my first PSL of the season….it was sooooo good!!!

    sounds like a week of good variety of challenges! New workouts are good, imo, because sometimes the old ones get boring and that’s just what it takes for my kindle to suddenly get very, very attractive.

    How lovely, I always mean to “make time” to sit down and practice gratitude. I really should add it as a “must” into my schedule.

      I had a 4 day work week because of a US holiday…it’s great to reflect on your week and how many blessings you have…try it:)

    I’m watching my carb intake, and it’s KILLING me now that it’s officially pumpkin season! Usually, I would be making pumpkin bread and pumpkin muffins and pumpkin cake and pumpkin cookies. GAHHHHH! Stop me!

      I’m sure you could find some low-carb pumpkin recipes on Pinterest:) It’s so hard to reduce carbs, I LOVE carbs too:)
