It’s Monday…it’s time for some motivation…not that we couldn’t use motivation other days of the week, but Monday starts with M and motivation starts with M so……

The best piece in your wardrobe is your positive pants:)

Let your past strengthen you…you can’t change it, but you can learn from it. 

Item of the week:  This may sound silly, but parchment paper is my item of the list.  It makes baking, of any kind, so much easier because it cuts or eliminates clean up.  If you haven’t tried it, please do…you’ll love it!!!

Pin of the week:  Notice to be Happy

Fitness Motivation:  If planks hurt your lower back, do them against the wall or on a bench.   You can do several for 30 seconds each (with a break in between) and they will strengthen your core better than a  plank done with poor form for a longer time.  Hold the plank as long as you can IN GOOD FORM.
