Pin of the week: Notice to be Happy
Fitness Motivation: If planks hurt your lower back, do them against the wall or on a bench. You can do several for 30 seconds each (with a break in between) and they will strengthen your core better than a plank done with poor form for a longer time. Hold the plank as long as you can IN GOOD FORM.
